另外在国际金融领域，提供国际银行与金融业务服务，如涉及境外银行的设立，清算系统建设，及合规化管理，包括合规体系及有效性评估体系的搭建等全方位法律服务。在资本市场领域，参与境内外资产管理、IPO，REITs、资产证券化、跨境并购与重组，及一带一路重点项目，提供各国投资分析，国别分析，政策法律分析，市场分析，产业分析，投资策略分析与风险预警等法律服务。
