In order to adapt to the changes and challenges in the lawyer profession brought by new era and new economy, in the morning of June 2, 2018, ZhongYin Law Firm invited iCourt lecturers to share their experience in an exchange meeting on the theme of “New Era, New Partnership”. About 40 partners in Beijing participated in the exchange meeting.

Throughout the history of top century-old law firms in the world, the values of “teamwork, client first, leading innovation”, the lockstep compensation system, the specialized team and other factors have played a crucial role in their development. The lawyer profession has so far experienced changes in production mode, delivery mode, and charging mode during its development, and is facing three major development trends, namely consumption upgrading, technological change, and organizational innovation; however, building a competitive organization requires planning and improvement in values, compensation system, and division of labor & cooperation; at the same time, it is necessary to face up to the impact of young people on the development of the profession and the shock produced by new technologies to traditional modes. The participating partners expressed their appreciation and recognition of the specialized and highly corporatized advanced management mode and concept of top law firms. Among ZhongYin partners, the young and middle-aged partners, being highly vigorous, innovative and courageous, have become an important force and strength of the firm, and will definitely be major players in the firm’s reform & optimization and increase of market share.

The next ten years will be a golden era for China's lawyer profession. Facing the new pattern and new opportunity brought by the new era, the participating partners discussed and exchanged on the future development direction and development mode of the firm by taking the current reality into consideration, and unanimously agreed to learn and practice the management experience of world-class law firms, in order to seize the historical opportunity, build first-class specialized teams, and strive to make the firm a first-tier Class A law firm in China as soon as possible.
