Recently, Chongqing Enterprises Confederation and Entrepreneurs Association has established an expert committee, and held a symposium for appointing the first expert committee members in Chongqing Consulting Building. Yu Yuanmu, director of the expert committee and former deputy mayor of Chongqing, issued a letter of appointment to each of the first 19 special-appointed experts. Wang Shiyun, supervisory committee chairman and senior partner of ZhongYin (Chongqing), was appointed as an expert member.

The main duties of the expert committee are to participate in government decision-making consultation and research, corporate development research, participate in consultation on assessing Chongqing's excellent entrepreneurs and protecting their legal rights and interests, expert consultation on service procurements entrusted by government departments, implementation of corporate brand strategy, theoretical research on and practical activity related to corporate reform and modern management, promote corporate management innovation, as well as participate in corporate culture construction, and corporate compliance management research.
